FileCast grants you a strictly revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive algorithmic license to use our web-deployed utility endpoints for personal and micro-commercial applications. Explicit denial of these terms fundamentally revokes this implicit license.

FileCast hosts volatile media autonomously uploaded. As a participating user generating short-links or hosted images, you operate under absolute, unmediated responsibility. It is categorically prohibited to:

Critical Platform Violations Include:

• Uploading illicit, stolen, or aggressively copyrighted materials belonging conclusively to external corporate entities.
• Deploying our high-speed File/URL architectures to actively distribute Phishing malware, RansomeWare executables or malicious vectors.
• Mechanically overwhelming (DDoS/Stress-testing) the APIs or reverse-engineering our core encoding cryptographic layers.
• Distributing violent, federal-offense content or bypassing internationally sanctioned regulations via our servers.

The cloud infrastructure and operational tools are uniformly provided 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE'. FileCast explicitly and legally denounces any implied guarantee of absolute precision, mathematical up-time or errorless performance routines.

Under no jurisdiction shall FileCast be financially or legally culpable for catastrophic data loss, temporary API blackouts, or losses of site-revenue stemming from application bugs.

We algorithmically and manually reserve the unassailable right to temporarily quarantine or permanently terminate end-users demonstrating severe violations of the aforementioned systemic framework, completely void of prior warning.

These operational conditions are inherently governed by and formulated cohesively in accordance with high-level international commercial technology laws.
